To log into TFS using Teamprise Explorer for the first time you will need the following information. (Check with your TFS administrator for the exact URL and portal.)
When you launch Teamprise, the Connect dialog box appears. Enter the required values.

If this is your first time connecting to TFS with Teamprise Explorer, Teamprise prompts you to activate your license.
During the connection process, Teamprise creates a default TFS workspace using your computer name for the workspace. When the connection process completes, you can add a new TFS workspace or edit the default workspace.
From the main menu, click Help > Help Contents
Read the section in Chapter 2, Before you Begin.
If after you have entered the information correctly you still receive an error when trying to connect, contact Teamprise support by completing the following steps:
From the Help Menu, choose Teamprise Support.... Select the Export... button.
When prompted, save the zip file to a location on your hard drive.
E-mail the saved zip file as an attachment to support@teamprise.com
